Intel is looking for a partner first leader to be an instrumental member of a headquarters team that will empower and unleash the impact of our global security software and services ecosystem.

This role will be accountable for Intel’s global security partner segment strategy, execution, and results with Intel’s directly managed and scale Security ISV partners. This role is specifically responsible for optimizing our motions and accelerating engagement with the partners whom we invest in for deeper relationships and customer growth.

The Software and Services Global Partner group sits within the Global Partner Strategy organization in Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group. The team promotes the success of Intel’s ISV and SI partners through compelling value creation that accelerates partner execution, from development to deployment. This critical leader will ensure best in class programs, process, engagement, enablement, co-selling, resources, and support under the Intel Partner Alliance with a focus on Security partners.

We seek a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to drive software enabling and sales motion focusing on security solutions optimized on Intel platforms. The ideal candidate will have business and industry expertise to influence our partners’ choices and preferences for Intel-based solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

+ Set the ISV security strategy including priority solutions, workloads, verticals, and ISVs.

+ Lead ISV security strategy with regional partner sales account teams focused on the security ISV partners

+ Manage a team of enablement representatives to deliver on KPI targets for optimizing security software applications on Intel platforms focusing on One Intel business unit and vertical priorities

+ Create and publish a Security solutions Catalog and Sales Playbook to help drive software production wins, design wins and consumption revenue growth in collaboration with Intel field sellers

+ Develop Security ISV sales script to educate Intel field sellers on how to engage in sales conversations with Security ISV customers on the features and value propositions of Intel’s portfolio of hardware and software.

+ Execute a business outcome-driven and vertical-aligned system validation strategy through the Intel validation lab for security solutions to drive commercial scalability.

+ Cultivate senior-level relationships with security partners, including ISVs, OEMs, SIs, Telco, CoSP, and end customers, to understand their business use cases and discover opportunities where Intel’s software tools and features offer a differentiating capability to win the design and deployments

+ Support integration of Security Accelerator partners into IPA and leverage IPA benefits to help drive solution GTM.

+ Build a sales strategy to drive consumption of Security software applications that pull through Intel products.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

+ Experience managing and leading global teams as well as building and inclusive environment collaborating with multicultural teams

+ Understanding Sales and sales processes, security software ecosystem and business unit product GTM

+ A good understanding of security technologies, ecosystem players, and Intel platform capabilities.

+ Excellent organization, project management, and execution skills

+ Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and at times, ambiguous environment

+ A disciplined self-learner to stay current with emerging industry technologies and trends

+ Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

+ Relationship-building skills are necessary, including the ability to build a rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and partners


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in any field or in lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

+ 5+ years of combined experience with:

+ Security technologies, ecosystem players.

+ Software and ISV partnership management and business models.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
