Job Description
Description: Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. May use electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. May process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks.
Skills: Valid Oklahoma Drivers License or ID. Over 21 to sell alcohol to customers and pass a background , drug screen if required. Flat top grill experience. Fast food service generally not applicable. Ability to count money back to customer, run a cash register, multi-tasking abilities, good customer service skills and work ethic, positive attitude, work well with others, and ability to follow instructions.
Duties: •Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. •Issue receipts and change due to customers. •Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. •Operate cash registers, or optical price scanners. •Greet customers entering establishments. •Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. •Sell tickets and other items to customers. •Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans. •Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.
