EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement digital marketing technology with a strong emphasis on marketing automation as well as other emerging technology solutions. We are looking for resources with functional and technical experience in marketing and a focus on digital marketing technology.
This is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to spread your wings and continue to develop your skillset to keep up with the ever-growing demands of the digital marketing landscape. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective to solve their business issues using Adobe Experience Cloud.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will lead team members who are focused on the user story creation, functional design, configuration, customization, and testing of marketing solutions built to meet the client’s need. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

+ Guiding team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY
+ Leading team members in the design, configuration and implementation of marketing technology solutions
+ Understanding business strategy and supporting processes to drive the right architecture
+ Identifying the best technical solution to solve current and future business problems
+ Developing and describing an overall technical vision for marketing solutions
+ Providing broad functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
+ Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
+ Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
+ Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and marketing and sales executives
To qualify for the role, you must have
+ Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of related work experience
+ 4 or more years of experience in managing teams who have implemented marketing solutions (Adobe Campaign, Marketo or Salesforce preferred)
+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
+ Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
+ A valid driver’s license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ One or more certifications in Adobe, Marketo or Salesforce marketing technology
+ Adobe Campaign business use or developer certifications (Additional Adobe certifications such Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Audience Manager preferred)
+ Marketo Certified Solution Architect
+ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Architect or Designer
+ Experience with multiple marketing technologies
+ Experience with business strategy development and process design/management
+ Prior consulting experience highly preferred

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $108,600 to $199,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $130,300 to $226,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
