Our Consulting | Professional Services Product Implementation team has an opening for a fully competent Project Management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices in Software Product Delivery. As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, should provide consistent, innovative and high quality solution leadership. They will be responsible for guiding the successful deployment and implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.

As a Project Management professional, you will be adept at analyzing business needs to ensure the chosen Oracle solutions will meet the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. You will effectively apply Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure throughout the deployment. Exercising your judgment and business acumen, by selecting the appropriate, approved methods and techniques, you will be accountable for delivering on customer engagements. As the project lead you will be expected to provide direction and mentoring to your project team as required. The successful candidate will be effective at influencing decisions at the management levels within customer organizations. It is expected that the right individual will ensure deliverables are of an acceptable level and you will work closely with the customer to understand, agree and manage all project expectations. An ideal candidate will also support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions to existing projects. Candidates should be competent in collaborating with consulting sales teams to provide domain knowledge and expertise to add credibility to sales engagements. The candidate will require to be able to travel as required up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Up to 10 years of demonstrable experience relevant to this position.

+ Desirable product, technology or industry expertise relevant to focus areas such as:

+ Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS)

+ Work and Asset Management (including Cloud Services)

+ Mobile Workforce Management

+ Field Service Operations

+ Selling skills preferred

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

+ PMP or other Project Management certifications is a plus

+ Six Sigma and other similar certifications such as Agile and DevOps are a plus

+ Software Delivery Project Management

+ Client / Customer facing delivery experience

+ Must be able to travel if needed up to 75% varies per project
