If so, consider joining Citizens Bank in the Collections and Recovery organization as a Digital Collections Initiative Execution Analyst As the Digital Collection Initiative Execution Analyst, you be responsible for performing data mapping and research for several core systems and applications to support our Digital collections journey. Your primary role will be to work with various systems and operational process to providing business and technical support in the management of web-based services . This will include detailed level requirements to inform programming and assist the agile team in delivering the optimal customer experience. As a secondary function, you will be asked to lead smaller operational initiatives to support multiple products and functions. In this capacity, you will work with partners to drive out solutions and follow the change management framework through execution.

Qualifications

To be a successful Digital Collection Initiative Execution Analyst, you will:

+ Be a Hands-On Problem Solver and Critical Thinker. Must be ready and able to roll up sleeves and contribute to driving the digital vision

+ Work closely technology, digital, customer experience and collections operation team to effectively solicit requirements

+ Be responsible for providing business and technical support in the management of web-based services.

+ Assist in designing and analyzing software programs, applications, and web services

+ + Evaluate system functionality and efficiency by liaising with internal/external subject matter experts

+ Integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services

+ Collaborate with business and engineering teams to promote system efficiency and security across platforms

+ Facilitate efforts to obtain approval for system development projects and coordination of the necessary resources

+ Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems quickly and efficiently .

+ Have exceptional organization and project management skills and the ability to work with various internal stakeholders under tight deadlines

+ Need the ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions

+ Be able to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment

+ Facilitate multiple weekly meetings with stakeholders, providing well defined agendas and minutes, with appropriate follow ups

+ Actively engage with initiative owners to secure updates and documentation regarding initiatives

+ Be skilled in identifying potential risks, highly competent in risk assessment and management

+ Excel in facilitating group discussions, using meetings to effectively provide information on important issues

+ Manage the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews as defined in policies and procedures

+ Facilitate discussions in the resolution of performance, risk and compliance issues identified during monthly Service Level Agreement reviews and site visits

+ Work with the Operations Vendor Management Office in the execution of contract renewals and new Statements of Work in accordance with policy guidelines; and coordinating with key stakeholders and Business Line Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related areas of study Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM THIS ROLE CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY in the EST time zone.
