Job Description
Cimarron is seeking junior and senior-level Manufacturing and Planning Support Engineers to support multiple aerospace and defense programs in Oklahoma City, OK. Although this opportunity is supporting a 6-month contract with possible extension, these positions are full-time/benefited (i.e. PTO, 401(k), insurance, etc.) positions with Cimarron.
KEY DUTIES- Develop, implement, and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials (BOM), work instructions, and illustrations to define/document As-Built Configuration.
- Develop and integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Manage tools from initial design to end of use disposition.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues.
- Perform producibility assessments for part and/or product designs.
- Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
- Develop integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
- Develop the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
- Resolve cross-functional technical issues.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to track the progress of system development and availability to support test activities.
- Apply manufacturing/planning processes, methodologies, and tools to the program portfolios within AWACS, AEWC, Bombers, and Executive Platforms.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- Experience with hardware management
- Experience with assembly interrogation for detail parts.
- Experience placing work statements with fabrication/assembly shops.
- Experience managing and interacting with fabrication shops.
- Associate degree in a related discipline.
Additional Required Skills, Experience, and Education for Senior-level:
- 7 or more years of related experience.
- Experience with GOLDesp.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with REDARS.
