Job Description

Purpose: The primary responsibility for the Training Coordinator is to facilitate and coordinate customer and employee training for Ford AV. This position assists the training team in helping to develop the skills and knowledge of Ford AV employees as well as facilitating customer training through the analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of effective technical and non-technical training as needed. Working as part of a team the Training Coordinator will research, design, deliver, and evaluate training through the following: conducts training needs analysis, assists with the creation of curriculum and training courses, work with company leadership to design training materials and courses to meet internal needs of the business, coordinates and assists with the planning of training events, facilitates and supports the delivery of training, evaluates and modifies existing training solutions and techniques, contributes to the decision-making and planning of training events for customers and employees.


  • Bachelor's Degree Required Experience in and/or Knowledge of Electronics Preferred
  • High Technical Aptitude required
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills Required
  • Demonstrated Aptitude in Coordinating and Conducting Training Programs
  • Must Possess Excellent Computer Skills
  • Must Be Able to Manage Multiple Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Experience with Moodle, Captivate and e-Learning modules
