POSITION SUMMARY: It is the responsibility of this role to safely move material within the warehouse and safely stage, load, and unload product from trucks.


+ Follow all established safety procedures in plant and warehouse.

+ Ensure that forklift is in proper, safe working order and report any issues to supervisor or team lead.

+ Safely use forklift to transport and stage product in accordance with established procedures.

+ Safely transfer product from one pallet/tray to another as required.

+ Safely use forklift to load/unload product into/out of trailers in accordance with established procedures.

+ Properly and consistently use proper scanning scripts for all movement of product.

+ Competently utilize JDE system for all paperwork and inventory management.

+ Correctly select pallet sizes for customers and ensure pallets are kept in the correct location.

+ Communicate effectively with team members electronically, by phone, and in person.

+ Perform any other duty as assigned by management.


+ Valid Forklift Certification (Will be provided by the company.)

+ Previous forklift experience.

+ Basic knowledge of inventory systems.

+ Attention to details.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Must be able to read and complete various forms in writing and on the computer.
