Refund Computations will be based on the number of lessons in the program. The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following. - The date of notification of the student if the student is terminated- The date of receipt of written notice from the student of their withdrawal from the program or- The end of the 3rd calendar month following the month in which the student's last lesson assignment was received.
