Description
This course includes an introduction to basic welding safety, math, and blueprints as well as the uses of safety equipment, protective clothing, and procedures for cutting metals are included. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills for welding plates using the FCAW welding process. In addition, they will study the procedures and techniques used to make V-groove welds with GMAW in the 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G positions.
