This program focuses on building strong computer skills and preparing the student to enter the workplace in an Information Technology Help Desk or Networking Support position. This program focuses on building strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and also prepares for the Microsoft Certified System Administrator exam. Certification is optional and not required. A certificate will be awarded upon completion.
