Description
The program focuses on building solid computer and office skills and preparing the student to enter the workplace in a general office position. The Executive Administrative Assistant tasks include basic organizing of conference calls and scheduling of meetings through Microsoft Outlook, distributing information through the use of telephone systems, mail and email as well as more complex responsibilities such as performing research, planning statistical reports. The student will be able to create, revise, print documents and send to an email recipient. The student will identify skills and attitudes for administrative professionals. The student will create a mail merge. Student will create legal documents that consist of the following: pleadings, indexes, discoveries, and motions using Microsoft Word. This program will assist clients in obtaining executive administrative assistant positions.
