Description
For project managers, keeping up with the latest project management software and certifications is key to consistently delivering results. This course will prepare you for two industry-recognized PMI certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management CAPM® and Project Management Professional PMP®.
You will be able to apply essential project management techniques, such as budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to increasingly complex projects. You will also learn how to automate scheduling with the most widely used project management software, Microsoft Project 2019.
This course bundle consists of the Project Management Essentials with CAPM® Prep and Mastering Project Management with PMP® Prep courses. It is based on the current Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), which establishes the international standard regarding the project management discipline. This course meets or exceeds the requirements for those interested in the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and PMP certifications. If you are interested in earning the CAPM and PMP credentials, you must schedule and pay for the exams on your own after course completion.
*Note: Please verify you have access to Microsoft Project 2019 before enrolling due to limited software availability.
