Description
This course is designed to meet the requirements of the Tulsa Food Code. Each food service establishment must have personnel who are certified in food safety. This certification ensures that food service supervisory personnel possess safe techniques knowledge for all areas of food service. Three weeks after the exam, you will receive test results, a certificate, wallet card, and a window decal from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
The certification is nationally recognized by ANSI-CFP and is good for five years
Tests are available in theses languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Modern Chinese, and must be requested at the time of enrollment
A legal picture ID must be presented on exam day
Study guide will be provided in class or emailed to the student.
