Description
Students learn new skills related to common welding processes and precision metal fabrication. They will also receive hands-on training in a variety of welding procedures including shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux core arc welding (FCAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), oxyfuel welding and brazing and cutting processes. This program is designed to prepare students for entry into many trade and industry opportunities and AWS certification.

Refund Policy
Yes, If a tuition paying student is dropped or withdraws prior to attending 60% of a semester/trimester, that student will be given a refund based on actual hours attended. Conversely, a student who withdraws after attending 60% of the semester/trimester will not be entitled to a refund. The unused portion of any tuition paid in excess of a $20.00 administrative fee will be refunded according to scale as listed on page 22 of Student Handbook.
