Instructional Program (CIP)
The Master Instructor curriculum provides an Oklahoma licensed cosmetologist who has worked less than two of the previous five (5) years in the field of cosmetology an opportunity to acquire skills required to become a cosmetology instructor. Cosmetology instructors are sought by both private and public institutions. Curriculum and hands-on instruction focus on instructional methods, learning philosophies and professional development. Students who successfully complete the curriculum and required 1,000 clock hours qualify to take the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology Instructor exam.
