SCHEDULE: RELIEF DRIVER – VARYING SHIFTS – NO WEEKENDS GENERALLY – BUT WEEKEND HOURS MAY BE AVAILABLE AS OVERTIME. THIS WILL BE PRIMARILY 2ND SHIFT, APPROXIMATELY 11:00 OR NOON BEGINNING TIMES. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS AND RELIEF DRIVER PREMIUMS APPLY.

As Driver, your primary responsibility will be operating an ROi vehicle, most likely, a cargo van. Duties include loading, delivery, and pick-up of various items. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of supplies and goods to/from ROi customers, primarily our own, Mercy hospitals and clinics. The goods and twenty-two different services include , but are not exclusive to supplies, mail, small pieces of equipment, lab specimens, food, pharmacy, x-rays, recycle, shred, biohazard, oxygen and laundry.
- No special licensing required
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Some delivery positions require walking on concrete floors.
- May require use of a dolly
