Landscape Laborer, 4 temp/FT jobs, 4/22/20-12/15/20, Green Country Landscapes, Jenks, OK. Use power and hand tools to maintain lawns and flower beds. Install landscape material, i.e. flowers, grasses, shrubs, trees, retaining walls. Daily transportation to worksites provided. Emplymnt ref req’d. 40+ hrs/wk, 7a-4p, M-F, possible Sat, workdays/hours may vary depending on weather. $13.54/hr, $20.31/hr OT, paid biweekly. Single workweek used as standard for computing wages due. Paid bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions required by law. If worker lives outside of normal commuting distance, employer will reimburse transportation/subsistence to the worksite once the worker completes 50% of the work contract. Return transportation/subsistence will be paid once the worker completes the entire contract period or if dismissed early, except for justified termination. Subsistence will be $12.46/day, max of $55 (receipts required). Employer will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties provided at no charge. At a minimum, both domestic and foreign workers will earn the prevailing hourly wage; however, the employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the required minimum wage rate or offer a bonus based on work performance. Employer may charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the worker’s refusal or negligent failure to return any property furnished by the employer or due to such worker’s willful damage or destruction of such property. Deductions may be taken per employee’s request.
