We are currently looking to fill two CNC Programmer positions for a Tulsa company.2nd Shift – 4pm- 12am3rd Shift – 12am- 8amPay: $20-25/hour depending on experienceLong Term Permanent PositionJob Overview: Position is responsible for the set-up, programming, and operation of computer numerical control and manual machines for the purpose of fabricating parts for production, which includes loading parts into the machine, cycling the machine, observing any malfunctions in the machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Additionally, position is responsible for performing adjustments, tests, and calibrations on any CNC or manual machine in fabrication. The CNC Programmer/Set-up Operator communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, clean work station.CNC Programmer Job Duties:1) Performs typical machine set-up for CNC machines which may include uploading programs to CNC Machines, adjusting tooling, making changes in tooling, calibrating, and testing.2) Detects and reports defective materials, worn or damaged cutting tools or other questionable conditions to Supervisor.3) Performs any of the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding as needed.4) Performs inspection of machined products and is responsible for first article check to ensure proper set-up and tooling has been used.5) Completes and maintains paperwork for parts information and tracking.6) Performs machine maintenance as needed.7) Maintains clean, orderly work area and equipment following required safety procedures.Company offers its employees a competitive hourly wage and a benefits plan that includes medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k), and more!
