Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales quota targets by positioning of product, pricing, promotions, and merchandising placement to increase Sprint’s share of decision in assigned National Retailer stores. Develops relationships with National Retailer store management and sales associates understanding and aligning on goals, objectives and plans by Retailer. Provides regular training, education, merchandising and side-by-side coaching of Sprint’s portfolio. Consults with NR staff regarding financial results, hiring, staffing, marketing, store operations and share best practices internally and across the dealer base. Motivates retailer staff to sell the Sprint’s products and services in a highly competitive environment, acting as the primary contact between Sprint and national retailers (NRs). Identifies, manages, and resolves NR and customer issues, tracks store performance, and provides any necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in product, pricing, promotions, placement and procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the NR staff to ensure the quota attainment goal is met.
This position is responsible for supporting National Retailer postpaid and prepaid points of distribution in the following markets:
Tulsa and Southeast OK

The role of the Account Executive (AE) is to deliver new customer sales growth and achieve other key KPI targets within each respective retailer; a heavy emphasis on year-over-year (Y/Y) and GAPD (Gross Adds per Door) growth.AEs are responsible to develop market and store specific action plans to address any performance gaps in the business. AEs will work in stores during the retailer s operating hours, which include: week nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. AEs are expected to focus their visits during peak retailer traffic periods. AEs are responsible for developing relationships with retailer leadership to promote the sale of Sprint s products and services, and increase Sprint s share of customer buying decisions.
AEs are responsible for the training and development of retailer employees and 3rd party labor to: 1) sell Sprint products and services, and 2) ensure high quality customer experience.
AEs are responsible for ensuring Sprint products are accurately merchandised and maintained within their retailer doors. AEs are expected to lead by example, demonstrating key sales tactics with retailer employees through side-by-side selling and role play activities. AEs are required to capture and record details from their visits, key learnings and retailer insights in the sales tools provided.Driving is an essential function of the job
