Overview
The Noble Research Institute LLC in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking a Research Associate 1 to assist with all aspects of field and/or greenhouse work to support the scientific research objectives of the legume breeding efforts in the Perennial Grasses Breeding program. The successful candidate will perform research related to the breeding and development of annual and perennial legume forage/cover crop cultivars. This position will be under the direct supervision of Mike Trammell.

Responsibilities
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to field preparation and maintenance, harvesting and planting of field plots, seed cleaning and the collection and organization of data.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, agriculture or related field is required in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience operating farming equipment is preferred. The successful candidate should be self-motivated to work independently and also be a good team member.
