Our Technical Support Representatives start at $16.52 per hour ($661.00 per week/$34,372 annually) with increases every six months until you reach TOP pay. Additionally our management team offers up a supportive environment which motivates team members to grow professionally whether as an individual or as a team.

Call center days of operation are Monday-Sunday; ideal candidates must be available and flexible to accommodate in-bound call center hours of operation. New hire shift: 1PM to 10PM, including weekends.

You’ll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues. Your consultative approach to customers’ needs will deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services.
