This highly motivated, team-oriented, individual will act strategically and proactively to identify trends in compensation, benefits and workplace solutions for BOKF and all bank subsidiaries, adding value to the Human Resources leadership team while contributing to the overall offering of the larger organization. This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and administration of strategic compensation, benefits programs and the processes associated with supporting these programs.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant in the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs for the bank.
