Construction Assistant – Vacuum Excavation
Tulsa, OK

Job Description

Provide assistance in the installation, repair, and services to the oil and gas industry with the installation of cathodic protection products and methods by SAFELY and effectively performing vacuum excavation services.
•Adhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times
•Recognize abnormal operating conditions (AOC)
•Prepare construction site and clean up when job is completed
•SAFELY assist with the operation of vacuum excavation equipment
•Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment
•Help clean and organize truck and warehouse area
•Provide and maintain accurate paperwork
•Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
•Minimum Qualifications
•Valid driver’s license
•Must be able to obtain TWIC card
•Basic computer and math skills
•Must be able to pass DOT drug test
•This position requires significant travel (domestic only), and will require you to be gone typically three (3) weeks at a time
•Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures

•Preferred Qualifications
•Experience operating vacuum excavation equipment
•Experience operating skid steer and/or trencher
•Class A CDL
•Experience in the corrosion industry, pipeline construction, or underground utilities
