This outstanding individual should be able to provide support to management & all visitors of CMM Financial by handling a variety of tasks, providing assistance via phone, mail, & e-mail, & generally being a helpful, positive & highly productive presence within the organization.
In order to be successful, the ideal person should be professional, polite, & attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared & responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. They must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, & excel at both verbal & written communication.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments & preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls & routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to perform business bookkeeping, payroll & payroll tax services, generate reports, & conduct research.
Greet & assist visitors.
Maintain polite & professional communication via phone, e-mail, & mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless & positive experience.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks software.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive & create a positive experience for others.
This opportunity is a full-time position, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
