Job Description

Life Cycle Management Subject Matter Expert

The Challenge:

You know the secret to a successful project is tracking the balance between resources and performance. You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. What if you could use your project manager skills to make a difference in the life cycle management of the Air Force’s Airborne Launch Cruise Missile (ALCM) Program Office? We have an opportunity for a project manager to join our team as we provide onsite support and data reconciliation for an ALCM Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE) to support aircraft weapons management to directly support the warfighter.

On our team, you’ll work as a subject matter expert, providing expertise in and technical knowledge of research, process definition, interfacing, and training with the client and contractor teams supporting an Air Force client and the ALCM LCMP-IDE system. The real power you bring is the incorporation of program information, maintenance, and technical data into the LCMP-IDE. You’ll work directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each location, and provide oversight for those locations. You’ll maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, providing program training to users, as necessary, ensure current configuration data within LCMP-IDE, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your skills while expanding your project management experience. Join us and make sure our ALCM LCMP-IDE project stays on-time and within budget as we improve support to the maintainers that directly support the warfighter.

Empower change with us.
