SUMMARY
The General Clerk III shall possess knowledge associated with providing Military Personnel service support, be familiar with government policies and procedures and possess good analytical skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
*The General Clerk follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence. Responsibilities would include filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file, or operating office equipment, (e.g., desktop PC, fax machine, photocopy machine)
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

  • None
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Prefer an associate’s degree from an accredited university
  • Two (2) years of experience, is preferred
  • Shall have the ability to proficiently communicate in the English language
  • May be required to possess a notary and provide notary services
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    *Candidate shall possess and be able to maintain a Public Trust / NACI background check.
    *Shall have experience work experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
