Cimarron is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Cimarron’s HR and Talent Acquisition team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will work as part of a team to assist in the aggressive sourcing, identifying, and recruiting of qualified candidates for current job openings.
Key Duties will include, but are not limited to: managing candidate flow and all aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing and qualifying candidates, salary negotiation, offer letters, relocation, etc.), working with hiring managers to understand job competencies and recruiting requirements for open positions, conducting pre-screening interviews, setting up interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating offers with hiring managers.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
Due to facility security requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
One or more years of recruiting experience including, but not limited to: sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Experience recruiting candidates with secret clearances (or higher) in technology related positions within the defense and/or aerospace industries.
Experience with social media networking sites and recruiting tools.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area, or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study such as Computer Science or Engineering.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience with or knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Experience recruiting for the Defense and/or Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge of manufacturing, computer systems, IT, or engineering principles.
