Adecco is searching for hard working candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment for immediate Bilingual Customer Service Agent jobs at a local client in Oklahoma City, OK. Bilingual Customer Service Agent are responsible to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, work with customers to resolve inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance to customers. Must be able to accept and implement coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals, maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers, and recommend products that best suit the customer.

+ + Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner

+ Provides callers with unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements

+ Accesses, reads, and interprets customer and provider data elements within customer’s application

+ Accurately performs all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions; Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution

+ Assists customers in the enrollment process; Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ + Background in health care, human services, or customer service

+ Experience in data entry and call centers

+ Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations in a courteous and effective manner

+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

+ Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.

+ Must be able to type 30WPM

+ Must be fluent in English and Spanish
