Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK.
This Program Cost Control Analyst will focus in EVMS support for Major Subcontracts/IWO’s and GP Material. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing month-end reports; reviewing EAC’s; incorporation of changes into the EVMS system in order to maintain Major Subcontract/Material GP cost and schedule baselines. The analyst will assist with EVMS activities including: WBS alignment, time phasing of the tasks, developing and documenting earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis and updates, and variance analysis research and reporting. Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required. Ability to produce tools for material analysis and visibility. Support Integrated Baseline Reviews, customer audits and internal reporting requirements.
+ Must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
+ Must have at least 2 years of Financial Analysis experience
+ B-2 Program Security Requirements: Candidate must have an active DoD Secret security clearance and a background investigation within the scope of six years.
+ Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and program specific accesses.
+ Program PAR preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
+ Proficient understanding of SAP, MPM, WinSight or similar systems
+ Prior experience working with Material GP/IWO’s and Major Subcontractors
