About the Position
Provide useful, factual, information & reporting support required to guide Business Center Managers in their operational & financial activities & resulting measures that directly assess financial performance. Provide sound, in-depth financial analysis to Business Center leadership to include actual data, trends & cost drivers. Support capital project requests & reviews. Drive common systems/processes for operational efficiency & data integrity.
+ Provide Business Center accurate & timely financial data & analysis daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
+ Input accurate & timely data into systems/processes to enable reports & analysis to be developed & disseminated.
+ Provide financial support to plant accounting with month-end & quarter-end information
+ Develop business information tools including reports, database & systems that provide actionable information regarding purchasing spend. Benchmark internal & external purchasing systems related to indirect spending.
+ Provide timely & accurate analysis of the NAT indirect spend cost structure. Collect & coordinate monthly information & cost analysis for the monthly MBOM meeting
+ Bachelors Degree in business related field (accounting or finance)
+ 1-3 years of accounting/analysis experience
+ Experience in supporting & realizing results from activities such as Lean, Six-Sigma & quality.
+ Reporting Financial Results
+ Strong Microsoft Excel work skills. Knowledge of Access a plus.
+ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to communicate or present information, both verbally ^ written effectively with all levels of the organization.
+ Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ Knowledge of SAP & EssBase a plus.
