Job Description

The purpose of the Incubator Commercialization Manager (ICM) role is to design and implement best practice strategies and insights to assist new integrated partners with building their go-to-market strategy, growing their merchant portfolio, and driving new sources of revenues. The Incubator Commercialization team works closely with the Partner Sales team to insure a smooth transition from contract execution to implementation and go live of our embedded payment solutions strategy. The purpose of this role is to profitably grow topline revenue and improve the penetration of our services with our partner’s client base. The Incubator Commercialization Manager conducts onsite, telephone or WebEx meetings with stakeholders and sales teams of our newly signed integrated partners to help them learn and market the value of our embedded payments solution. Upon reaching the first anniversary date of the agreement, the ICM will then assist in transitioning the ongoing relationship management to the client’s newly assigned IPS Partner Developer. Strong collaboration, sales and marketing skills are required as this position works with sales organizations, partner and partner support teams, creating strategies to drive new integrated business through sales training, cross sell campaigns and strategic marketing activities.

Additional Requirements Include:

Develops and delivers partner and Elavon-based procedures, programs, and sales execution strategies;

Identify strategic opportunities and create standardized processes to commercialize integrated partners

Build reporting to track growth and profitability of Integrated Partner Solutions within assigned sales organization/vertical

Provide partner focused training and support to RM, BD Operations & Support divisions

Create and implement Partner and Customer (merchant) training programs and documentation

Payments Experience desired

Marketing and/or Sales experience desired

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’sdegree, or equivalent work experience

+ Three tofive years of experience in customer or partner management or interaction

+ Ability totravel when necessary (not anticipated to exceed 15% annually)

Preferred Skills/Experience/Location:

+ Well-developedmarketing and new business development skills

+ Thoroughknowledge of Partner management

+ Ability togenerated new leads from partners, create needs analysis, developproposals, and conduct product training demonstrations

+ Knowledge ofIntegrated Payments, Elavon acquiring, safe-t (encryption, tokenization),Fusebox and Converge

+ Demonstratedteamwork and leadership skills

+ Priortraining or meeting facilitation experience

+ Excellentverbal, written and presentation skills

+ Ability towork independently

+ Able tomanage multiple concurrent projects

+ Primary preferred locations: Largo, Atlanta, Knoxvilleand Denver
