Landscape Laborers Needed. R J Lawn & Landscape Services, 1720 South 5th Street, 918-378-2252 has two positions; to mow, remove leaves, lay sod, trim, water, dig, spread dirt, rake, prune, mulch, plant & plant treed, load/unload materials. Lifting/carry up to 50Ibs. HS/GED no experience required. Ongoing on the job training provided. $12.95/hr. 7am -4pm, M-F. No OT expected. Job opportunity is a full time position. 8 positions available for temporary peak load work 04/01/19 – 01/01/20. Work to be performed in Tulsa, OK in counties: Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner. Transportation provided to and from area jobsite at employer expense from a central pick up location. H-2B application concurrently filed concerning these positions. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid. Weekly with employers check. All deducts from workers check required by law will be made; Employer provides at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of work days in each 12-wk period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the 1st work week for all visa, visa-processing, border crossing & other related fees, including those mandated by the Gov. (excluding passport fees). Reimbursement provided to worker with employers check. Transport (incl. meals & to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of work will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed If worker completes 50% of work contract period employer will reimburse worker for transport & subsistence from place of recruit to place of work with a check. Return transport will be provided if the
worker completes the work period or if dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transport & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work except where worker will not return due to subsequent employ with another employer. Amount of transport payment or reimburse will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for distances involved. The amount of daily subsistence will be at least $12.26 per day during travel to a maximum of $51.00 per day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
