Job Description

Wilco Guttering Co. Inc., 1337 E. 2nd St., Tulsa needs 8 FT temp gutter fabricators M – F, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at $21.78/hour from Apr 1 to Dec 31, 2019. Will work throughout the Tulsa MSA. Workers will fabricate & install or repair guttering including gutter guards, downspouts, siding, fascia & soffit. Lay out, cut to size, bend/shape, & solder, braze, rivet, or crimp sheet metal such as copper, steel, aluminum, galvanized iron, & tin-plate to fabricate or repair gutters. 3 months gutter installation and/or fabrication experience required. Applicants must contractually agree to work for the entire period. Must have valid driver’s license. Employer will provide daily transportation to/from the worksites. All tools, equipment and supplies necessary to perform job duties are provided by employer without cost to workers. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid each Friday by check; all deductions required by law will be withheld from workers’ pay. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing & other related fees, including those mandated by the government except passport fees. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or if terminated earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence, at the rate of $12.26/day without to $51/day with receipts, to the place the worker originally departed to work. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
