Laborers, Landscape. Central Lawn & Landscape, LLC.. Has 17 Temporary/Fulltime /Seasonal openings. 4-01-19 thru 11-15-19. Entry level job – no experience required. Job location: Various job sites in Stillwater, Payne County, OK. Round trip, paid transportation will be provided to and from 2405 S. Prairie Rd., Stillwater, OK. to jobs. Work under close supervision. Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes for bushes; pull and chop weeds, prune, and haul topsoil and mulch. No exp req. On-the-job training. Pay $11.90 / hr ($17.85 OT). OT available and mandatory. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paychecks issued bi weekly. Pay raises based on length of time on job, quantity and quality of work produced, dependability and adherence to procedures and policies. All deductions from workers paychecks required by law will be made. Uniforms are provided and optional. $10.00 per week will be deducted from pay for uniform rental, cleaning and maintenance. Employer provides workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. 35-50hrs. Monday – Saturday, some Sundays. 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.26 per day during travel to a maximum of $51.00 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, incurred by the worker, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
