We seek an experienced Account Manager/Technical Product Consultant to maintain and expand our relationships with Mercury Network’s most valued customers. This person will be responsible for forming relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, monitoring and managing satisfaction and usage of Mercury Network and/or Appraisal Scope, advocating for the customer within Mercury ops team, and partnering with sales to grow revenue.

Job Requirements

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Management or Sales or related position within the financial services industry (mortgage services industry preferred)
  • Proven success selling to, managing multiple major accounts, or consulting for solutions within the financial services industry and an understanding of key technologies within that industry
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales tracking system
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and experience working in a remote desktop environment
  • Required travel via plane and rental automobile; must have valid driver’s license
